Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any items where the original tags have been removed.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – Our Fashion Consultants will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item – Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our boutique address using a trackable shipping method: VogueBabe Store Returns

Kansas City, US 64106 - Wait for Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For PayPal payments, refunds may take 2-3 additional days to appear in your account. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
For international exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or due to their delicate nature:
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
- Items without original tags attached
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
